About Yorktown Civic Association
The Yorktown Civic Association is the county-recognized neighborhood association representing the residents of the Yorktown neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia.
This website gives you the details on who we are, what our neighborhood has to offer, and the issues and activities that we are working on as an association to better our neighborhood.
Our neighborhood consists of over 1000 homes, one of the Washington, D.C. area’s top public high schools, convenient shopping and wonderful parks.

Our Focus Areas section contains background information and resources on many of the major issues the Association is currently working on like expansion of Yorktown High School and planned improvements at Chestnut Hills Park. Information regarding these Focus Areas and other important information will be posted in the News section. The most recent ones can be found on the Homepage.
The Calendar section contains a searchable master calendar of meetings and events of interest to our neighborhood. The Association holds full membership meetings in the Fall, Winter and Spring. The Executive Committee meets monthly.
